We are the data controller for personal information collected through this Platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Registration Information: Name, email address, mobile number, and password when you create an account.
• Business Information: Legal name, trade name, registration number, PAN, GSTIN, address, and contact details when you create a vendor profile.
• KYC Documents: Registration certificates, PAN card, GST certificate, address proof, and bank account proof uploaded for verification.
• Bank Details: Account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, and branch for processing Security Deposit (EMD) refunds.
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment references, and amounts. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials — these are handled by our payment gateway partner.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the Platform for security and audit purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Create and manage your account on the Platform
• Verify your identity and business credentials (KYC)
• Process payments for subscriptions, document fees, and security deposits
• Send notifications about tender opportunities, bid status, and payment confirmations
• Process Security Deposit (EMD) refunds to your bank account

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years after account closure, as required by Indian financial and procurement regulations. KYC documents are retained for the duration of your engagement with the Platform plus 5 years.
