Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Annual Platform Subscription Fee

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same subscription period
• Technical error resulting in an incorrect charge
• Payment processed but subscription not activated due to a platform error

To request a refund under the above circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@etenders-nedi.org.in with your transaction ID and details.

2. Document Processing Fee

Refunds will be processed only if the documents were not made accessible due to a technical error on our platform.

3. Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded in the following cases:

• The partner's proposal was not selected after evaluation
• The project is cancelled by NEDI before evaluation
• The partner withdraws their proposal before the submission deadline

Refund Timeline: Security deposit refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after the evaluation process is completed. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used.

Note: The security deposit may be forfeited if the selected partner fails to proceed after being awarded the project without valid reason.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your platform subscription at any time by contacting us. However:

• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the subscription fee already paid
• Your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period
• No auto-renewal is applied — you must manually renew each year

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Email us at info@etenders-nedi.org.in
2. Provide your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for refund
3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method

6. Payment Failure

If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment processor within 5–7 business days. If not received within this period, contact us with your transaction details.
