3. Refundable Security Deposit

Upon successful payment of the security deposit, your account is marked as eligible to submit proposals for the respective project. You will receive:

• Email confirmation of security deposit receipt

4. Service Access

All platform services are accessible 24x7 via the internet at https://etenders-nedi.org.in. Services are available to all registered and approved users anywhere in India with an internet connection.

5. Service Delivery Failure

In the rare event that a service is not delivered after successful payment (e.g., subscription not activated, documents not accessible), please contact us immediately:

We will either resolve the delivery issue or process a full refund within 3 business days.

6. No Physical Shipping

ABK Media India Private Limited does not ship any physical products. This platform exclusively provides digital software services. There are no shipping charges, no courier deliveries, and no physical addresses for delivery.
